About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 technologies including Azure AD, SharePoint, Intune, and Exchange Online.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Implement and manage Microsoft 365 technologies to ensure seamless user experiences.
  3. Provide expertise on Active Directory management, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
  4. Support the setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of Intune for device and application management.
  5. Design and maintain SharePoint environments to enable streamlined document management, collaboration, and intranet functionality.
  6. Monitor, maintain, and enhance the M365 ecosystem, ensuring robust performance, security, and compliance.
  7. Work alongside IT and business units to gather requirements, advise on best practices, and ensure solutions align with strategic goals.
  8. Troubleshoot issues, provide Tier 3 support, and guide end-users on M365 tools and features.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience across M365, Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Intune.
  • Strong technical skills in M365 suite deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams setup and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of security and compliance within M365 environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing IT challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively onsite in a team-focused environment.
