We are seeking a talented Relief Pharmacist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality pharmacy services. This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment, providing expert care and advice to customers and patients across various locations.
As a Relief Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert guidance and support
- Ensuring legal and ethical decisions are made in the pharmacy
- Building the pharmacy capability of store teams
- Conducting regular reviews to ensure customer and patient safety
- Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Professional expertise and respect from stakeholders and peers
- A passion for community pharmacy and delivering exceptional customer care
- Collaborative skills with a team-centered approach
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
- Effective communication skills to meet the needs of customers and patients
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including access to training and development programs, reimbursement of professional fees, and contributions towards RPS fees.
