Senior Social Work Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Work Manager to join our team at the London Borough of Croydon. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services to children and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of social workers to deliver services to children and families in need.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and families.
- Work closely with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Provide leadership and guidance to social workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of social workers.
- Strong knowledge of children's social care policies and procedures.
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and families.
