We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team of Care Professionals at Home Instead. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality, person-centred care to enable them to live as fully, safely and independently as possible at home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing and medication management
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote mental and physical well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
