Mobile Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Mobile Operations Manager to join CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical operations are maintained to a high standard and contractual obligations are met.

The main purpose of the job will be to manage all technical issues, supervise a team of engineers, and manage agreed KPI and SLA's. The manager will also be responsible for managing the contracts H&S and environmental performance on site, as well as the company's quality procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical engineering understanding, previous experience of managing large engineering teams, and experience of service delivery in high profile contracts. They will also be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients, and manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.

The package for this role includes a salary up to 60K, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and a car allowance. Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all technical issues.
  • Supervise a team of engineers.
  • Manage agreed KPI and SLA's.
  • Responsible for managing the contracts H&S and environmental performance on site.
  • Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site.
  • Recruitment of any new staff required on sites.
  • Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.
  • Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Management of all reports.
  • Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
  • Responsible for the permit system.

Requirements:
  • Qualified in commercial gas, Fgas and or electrical qualifications.
  • Strong technical engineering understanding.
  • Previous experience of managing large engineering teams.
  • Experience of service delivery in high profile contracts.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
