About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead our Futures Clearing project. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects within tight timelines and budgets.

The primary objective of this role is to successfully lead the Futures Clearing project. This includes acquiring memberships from key derivatives exchanges/clearing houses based in the UK/EU, as well as implementing front-office, middle/back-office systems to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Futures Clearing project, from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with CLSA Global Markets Pte Ltd's business objectives.
  4. Establish and nurture robust relationships with key derivatives exchanges, clearing houses, system vendors, and other external stakeholders based in the UK/EU, facilitating the process of obtaining memberships and launching front/middle/back-office systems.
  5. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met during the project implementation process.
  6. Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying potential obstacles and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  7. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  8. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
  9. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
