We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Medical Writer and Team Manager to join our scientific team at Albion Rye Associates. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the development and leadership of our medical communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver High-Quality Content: Create innovative and clinically relevant communications that improve patient outcomes, while ensuring all budgets and timelines are met.
- Lead Scientific Strategy and Medical Writing Content: Oversee process, resource, and training across key accounts, while proactively identifying solutions where needed.
- Assist the Wider Team: Collaborate with colleagues on projects as required, while playing an active part in pitch development and new business initiatives.
- Line Management and Mentoring: Play an active role in line management, mentoring, and guiding junior members of the team.
- Medical Writing Experience: Solid experience in medical writing, gained within an agency or similar environment.
- Client Relationship Management: Confident and comfortable developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring work is always created to the highest standards.
- Line Management Skills: Desirable to have experience in line management and mentoring.
- Life Science Degree: A degree in a life science discipline is essential.
