About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Professional to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating B2B income and achieving targets in the UK. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, promoting, managing, and building relationships with UK-based businesses to drive sales of our products and contribute to the growth of the Eurostar business and brand.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with new clients via telephone, email, and digital communications to establish strong relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Record all client interactions and contact points in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to ensure up-to-date records and effective communication.
  • Negotiate sales-based pricing to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Upsell products and build orders to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and managers to foster business growth and trust.
  • Monitor and increase sales levels to customers to meet targets and drive business success.
  • Work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Visit clients when necessary to develop business opportunities and build relationships.
  • Identify and engage new customers and clients to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain client profiles to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
  • Represent the company at UK exhibitions to showcase our products and services and build business relationships.
  • Foster high levels of employee engagement and team spirit to create a positive and productive work environment.
