Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at Listers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction: Build trust and communicate effectively with customers to exceed their expectations and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Maximizing Opportunities: Support the sales team in daily operations, including customer contact, sales deal building and closing, and vehicle preparation, while ensuring the correct level of stock is maintained.
- Maximizing Profit: Drive the sales process and support the sales team in achieving their monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products within Used Cars.
- Data Quality and FCA Compliance: Ensure accurate completion of all Used Car sales paperwork and provide reports as required on all sales activities, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and monitoring departmental performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in Used Car sales and a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Valid driving license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
