Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Plumber

At our organization, we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Plumber, you will be part of a team that delivers high-quality maintenance services. Ensure that facilities are maintained to the specified standards. Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work under supervision. Operate with safe working practices, adhering to Health and Safety Regulations. Maintain asset histories and maintenance records, informing the Maintenance Manager of any follow-up action required. Participate in an on-call rota for 24-hour, 365-day cover to the facilities. Maintain awareness of our policies, procedures, and objectives related to the successful delivery of the maintenance service. Experience in Commercial boilers and affiliated plant is required. IPAF / PASMA certification is also necessary. Water Management experience of L8 is essential.

The post holder will work as part of the mobile maintenance team with responsibility for providing a comprehensive Reactive Maintenance, Planned, and Lifecycle service for the Scottish Fire & Rescue (SFRS) contract. Each postholder will have a designated core skill (Maintenance Plumber) and will be expected to lead in this area, while also undertaking any property maintenance work within their range of competence.
