About the Role:

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking school setting, where you will have the freedom to develop and implement innovative strategies to support students with complex needs. You will work closely with our SENCO, class teachers, and other support staff to create a comprehensive and inclusive education program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver personalized educational plans for students with SEN
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to inform teaching practices
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your practice
