At Evri, we're committed to creating responsible delivery experiences for everyone, everywhere. As a Senior Manager Process Improvement - Fulfilment, you'll play a key role in building essential processes that improve our fulfilment product. You'll report directly to the Director of Fulfilment and be responsible for forecasting, planning, reporting, and operational improvement. You'll have complete ownership of service level agreement improvement and will galvanise support and buy-in from the broader team through a collaborative work ethic and credibility drawn from a deep understanding of fulfilment operations and process implementation.

You'll lean heavily on data to analyse areas of opportunity, prioritise with clarity, and implement initiatives that work within a fast-paced operational environment. You'll work with third parties to deliver solutions, holding them to account for their deliverables. You'll be excited by data and driven by customer satisfaction, with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of leadership teams, including C-Suite or clients.

This role sits on the Fulfilment leadership team with peers such as the GM of Fulfilment Hubs, the Head of Fulfilment Sales, the Head of Fulfilment Account Management, and the Fulfilment Product Manager. You'll have the opportunity to build and operate the Forecast and Planning model together with data scientists and engineers to improve accuracy at an appropriate granularity, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.

To be successful in this role, you'll have work experience within a 3PL logistics provider, supply chain, logistics, and distribution or operations environment in an international company. You'll have a proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality, with project management experience in a related industry.

Key skills include strong data analysis skills, the ability to produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data, technical expertise in SQL or equivalent, and excellent computer literacy. You'll also have proficiency in analytical tools such as Data-warehouse tables, SQL, and Power BI.

We encourage flexible working to fit your individual needs, as well as the team's, and offer excellent benefits such as a £6K car allowance, up to 30% annual bonus, and a range of retailer discounts from our clients.
