Returns Administrator Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Returns Administrator to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming customer emails and requests regarding returned products, logging all returns, and following up on any old returns not processed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming customer emails and requests regarding returned products.
  • Log all returns and follow up on any old returns not processed.
  • Organize all collections for returns and check that they have been received.
  • Work with the warehouse to ensure returns are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Raise credits in relation to returns and replacement orders.
  • Work with the courier company regarding any queries or missed collections.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
