Lettings Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Crux Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing the overall income and profitability of our lettings department.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet agreed personal targets and conduct market appraisals efficiently.
- Manage and mentor lettings team members to ensure they are appropriately motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Manage the daily operation of the lettings department and host morning meetings to ensure they are focused and helpful.
Requirements
- Previous lettings and valuation experience is required, with a minimum of 5 years in lettings.
- Proven track record with knowledge and experience to generate new business.
- People management skills, resilience, drive, and determination.
- Ability to communicate, lead by example, and achieve success.
- A full UK driving license and own car is essential.
