About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Branas Isaf, a leading specialist therapeutic provider. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our young children towards a better understanding of their behavior and improving their interpersonal functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to our young children, promoting their emotional, behavioral, and social development.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages our children to thrive.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our children, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential childcare and therapeutic care.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driver's license (company vehicle provided)
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Experience in residential childcare or a related field (desirable)
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People's qualification or equivalent (desirable)
