**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Team Lead to join our team at Multiplex. As a Facilities Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining services including Electrical, Mechanical distribution systems, BMS and automation systems, nurse call and fire alarm systems in accordance with all current electrical and mechanical Regulations in the Peterborough City Hospital and associated buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a multi-skilled tradesman and pass on expert knowledge to other trades staff.
  • Promote a flexible approach and encourage co-operation and versatility of skills.
  • Follow the management systems and work order procedures to ensure Multiplex meet all contractual KPI's.
  • Liaise with and assist contractors when required, issuing Permits to Work and all necessary paperwork.
  • Advise, communicate and work with the Statutory Inspectors, contractors on hospital systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.
  • Experienced with PCs including MS Office applications, Word, Excel, email etc.
  • Able to carry out in-depth fault finding on complex electrical and mechanical systems.
