We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join their team in the Oldbury area, working on occupied properties for repairs & maintenance.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 40-hour working week. You will receive a competitive salary of £33,000, work-based incentives, holidays, and pension contributions. A company van and fuel card will be supplied.

You will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks in the Social Housing sector.

The successful candidate will have experience working in Social Housing along with the drive to continue learning and growing in their career.
