About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renal Nurse to join our team at the Satellite Welshpool Renal Unit. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with renal failure, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

The successful candidate will have experience of providing holistic nursing care and be interested in developing renal-related nursing skills. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively with others to meet the needs of haemodialysis patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidenced-based nursing care for haemodialysis patients
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and skills in renal nursing
  • Participate in education, development, and supervision of other staff members

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered, Adult Nurse
  • Evidence of post-registration study and training
  • Experience of providing holistic nursing care
  • Interest in developing renal-related nursing skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,420 to £37,030 per annum pro rata
  • A fixed-term contract for 12 months
