Lead the Sales Department of Listers Volkswagen

The successful candidate will be tasked with driving customer satisfaction, sales volume and profitability in this exciting opportunity.

You will work a 5-day week with rotating Saturdays off and one full weekend per month. Working hours are Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations by ensuring an industry-leading buying experience.
  • Sales Team Support: Assist daily operations including customer contact, sales funnel management, deal building and closing, vehicle preparation, and maintaining stock levels.
  • KPI Achievement: Drive the sales process and support the team in achieving monthly targets for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Data Management: Collect customer contact and vehicle data to maximize database quality and content, adhering to FCA obligations.
