Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Construction Sector

Company Overview:

Tempest Jones Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established international real estate and infrastructure consultancy to find a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Bristol.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced project manager to take responsibility for providing all services relating to project management for real estate construction projects in the south west region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a consultancy or developer environment and demonstrate a positive approach to delivering customer service excellence with good commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring good communication and adherence to governance processes from pre-construction stages to completion and handover.
  • Drive exceptional delivery, health & safety, commercial, risk management, and quality performance on infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
  • Project planning, including producing a detailed project plan.
  • Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques.
  • Monitor and advise upon project finances.
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
  • Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a consultancy or developer environment.
  • Positive approach to delivering customer service excellence with good commercial results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with multiple offices.
