About the Role

As a Nursing Specialist in Elderly Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents with various needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement person-centred care plans, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medication, monitor care teams, and adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to ensure the delivery of outstanding care and regular updates and reviews
  • Create and implement risk assessments and care plans to meet individual needs
  • Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect for all residents

What We're Looking For

  • A valid UK NMC Pin number and understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Experience working with older adults and a passion for delivering exceptional care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring, kind, and professional nature
