Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our region's network while managing relationships with external bodies, including architects, planning consultants, and land agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead and inspire employees to perform at their best, aligning with the company's goals and delivering high-quality results.
Land Procurement
  • Ensure land procurement aligns with annual forecasts, adhering to all requirements and compliance standards for successful land acquisition.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. Proven Leadership Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management position.
Excellent Communication Skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with employees, external partners, and stakeholders.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Able to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
