This hybrid role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your workload effectively while covering the vibrant South Wales area. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of learners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support learners in their professional development
- Provide guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their goals
- Work with a variety of learners, including those with complex needs
- Manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- A1/TAQA qualification (or equivalent)
- Full driver's license and access to a car
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000
- A hybrid role with flexibility and autonomy
