About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Night Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh Airport. As a Night Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure efficient reception operations, including check-in, check-out, and audit procedures, as required.
  • Communicate effectively with the Night Manager and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
