Our EMEA customer service team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our European customers, primarily those based in the Czech speaking market. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via various channels, including face-to-face contact, email, and phone.
  • Ensure customer inquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to achieve service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Person Specification:
    • Advanced level fluency in Czech communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and previous experience working in a customer service/call centre environment.
    • Strong customer focus and professional approach.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Ability to learn new systems and processes.
    • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
