Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

Morson Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Buildings Design Coordinator to manage the delivery of buildings designs by consultants. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary design elements, providing technical design guidance, and reviewing overall design packages. You will also need to ensure that staff and contractors are familiar with hazards and risks associated with the work undertaken by the consultant team through effective management and communication of the Risk Assessment.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the design and construction of major new industrial buildings with multifunctionality.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Able to effectively communicate and manage risk assessments.
