About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and professional individual to join our team as a PIP Functional Assessor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations of individuals, utilizing your expertise in healthcare to make equitable decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing assessments with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Delving into complex medical information to make informed decisions.
- Crafting concise, comprehensive reports.
- Sharing your insights and feedback to enhance the overall assessment process.
What We Offer:
- Starting Salary: £38,500 - £41,500 + 5% retention bonus + rising to 10% quality & retention bonus (varies for part-time)
