Leisure Cleaner Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leisure Cleaner to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our night shift team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our public areas, including the pool, gym, and studios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all public areas, including the pool, gym, and studios, to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure a safe environment for our members and staff.
  • Perform full security checks throughout the night to ensure the security of the club and the safety of our members.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the security and emergency procedures and carry them out to the Company standard.
  • Assist the Hotel Night Team as required and attend fire training every 3 months to comply with legislation.
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of the hotel's facilities and be able to convey relevant information to members and staff.
  • Deal with complaints politely and positively, making every effort to resolve them there and then.
