About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Insurance Advisor. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to mitigate their risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding client service, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
  • Utilize insurance broking systems to manage client portfolios and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product offerings, and technical knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of our client base.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering results.
  • Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4 (including English & Maths).
