Salary Information


The salary for this role ranges from £11.44 per hour (weekdays) to £13.31 per hour (weekends), with paid mileage and additional payments for night shifts.


Job Description


As a Care Assistant at Kent SCP, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, and helping with practical tasks such as shopping and housework.


Requirements and Qualifications


We are looking for compassionate and resilient individuals who are willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior social care experience is necessary, but a caring attitude and ability to connect with others is essential.
