Role Overview

We are partnering with Conrad Consulting Ltd to recruit an experienced Architectural Technician for their Education sector projects. As a key team member, you will work on delivering architectural services to academies, schools, colleges & universities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consultancy that provides specialist services to the Education sector. The company seeks to develop its Architecture offering and requires a skilled Architectural Technician to support this growth.

About You

  • A degree in Architectural Technology or a relevant discipline is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the UK Architecture industry is essential.
  • Familiarity with the Education sector is highly desirable.
  • You should have a sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & Photoshop is necessary, with ArchiCAD proficiency being highly desirable.

What We Offer

You will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including a generous bonus scheme and access to training & development opportunities.
