About the Role

We're looking for a Compassionate Care Professional to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Support Care Assistant, you'll be working closely with our clients, providing personal care and support to help them live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities

Our Support Care Assistants are the heart of our care team, providing one-to-one support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as supporting clients with their medication and daily activities. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
