Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud ERP Technical Lead to join our team at KPMG. This role will lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

About the Role

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including functional consultants, solution architects, and technical engineers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities to grow our practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud ERP technology and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improve service offerings.
  • Manage and mentor junior technical staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in leading the technical delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP projects, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP business processes, including finance, procurement, HR, and payroll.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle VBCS/PCS, data migration, enterprise reporting, and cloud environments.
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud ERP or related technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
