About the Role:

The Cleaning Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of cleaning services across multiple sites within the John Lewis Partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best value.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless integration of cleaning services.
  • Provide training and guidance to vendors and internal teams to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in facilities management, cleaning services, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
