About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Consultant to join our team at Capita Pension Solutions. As a Pensions Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Transitional Protection policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Transitional Protection policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of policies.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues and clients on Transitional Protection matters.
  • Contribute to the development of new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Government Actuary's Department and other external stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of pensions regulations and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
