About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fixed Income Operations professional to join our team at Capco UK - Glasgow. As a key member of our Fixed Income Operations team, you will provide administrative support to the CLO Trading Desk, working closely with the front office to ensure seamless data reconciliation and trade support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CLO Trading Desk, including data reconciliation, interfacing with Operations onboarding teams, and trade support.
  • Project manage administrative services, including deal expense collection, invoicing, and arrangements with service providers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all CLO activity with relevant portfolio reporting.
  • Interface between Clients, onboarding teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Proactively engage and develop relationships with Trading and Operations teams who are stakeholders in daily processes.
  • Regularly review procedures, processes, controls, and checklists to ensure adherence to internal and regulatory framework.
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities and log for prioritization and remediation in the Fixed Income Ops book of work.
  • Maintain technical capability for the job, keeping abreast of market and industry developments.
