Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at our brand-new Electric Vehicle Driver Hub in West Drayton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing, servicing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles, including VW Sharans, Mercedes Benz, Ford Galaxys and Volkswagen ID4.



Main Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and full servicing of our vehicles to manufacturer standards.
  • Fault Finding: Use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults on our vehicles.
  • Quality Focus: Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
  • Communication Skills: Provide expert advice to drivers on vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Administration: Manage basic administration tasks related to vehicle maintenance.


Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience working in a similar workshop or repair centre environment.
  • Qualifications: Relevant vehicle maintenance qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent City & Guilds qualification.
  • Diagnostics: Experience with diagnostic fault-finding equipment is advantageous.
  • Tools: Own tools required for general servicing and repairs.
  • Licence: Valid driver's licence.
