Executive Culinary Director

Berlinkys is a dynamic entertainment destination in Glasgow City Centre, G2 3JD. As our Head Chef, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional dining experiences that match the energy and quality of our venue.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership position and a flair for creativity in menu design. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as knowledge of budget management, stock control, and kitchen operations.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for developing and executing a creative, high-quality menu that aligns with our brand. This involves leading, inspiring, and managing the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes every time. You will also oversee kitchen operations, including stock management, budgeting, and scheduling, while ensuring full compliance with food safety, licensing, and health regulations.
