Job Title: Registered Nurse - RMN/RNLD

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our mental health team at Willing Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation and care to adults with a range of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medication and monitor its effectiveness, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting a holistic approach to care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with mental health issues or learning disabilities.
Requirements:
  • RMN or RNLD qualification
  • Valid UK NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in mental health or learning disabilities nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare
