The Royal Horseguards is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Ambassador to join our team

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Process check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
  • Assist guests with any queries or concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced service environment is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone

  • Comfortable in a front-line role facing the public
  • Empathetic and able to build relationships
  • An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Demonstrable desire to pursue a hospitality career
