About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Newly Qualified HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to join our team in South London.

The successful candidate will work with adult service users who may be stepping down from acute or secure NHS and independent settings or laterally from other rehabilitation units.

Treatment will comprise of expert pharmacological, psychological, nursing, and occupational therapy intervention, tailored to the individual's care plan written jointly with the service user, their family, and approved by the funding authority.

You will be supported and supervised by a highly dedicated and competent OT Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to adult service users
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive therapeutic environment
