We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our firm's adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CDD Requirements and SOWs/SOFs: Provide guidance on customer due diligence (CDD) requirements, including the review and approval of suspicious activity reports (SARs) and the management of client onboarding software.
  • Client Onboarding and Risk Management: Manage client/matter inception processes, respond to queries, and identify opportunities for improvement in our risk management practices.
  • AML and CMI Training: Deliver firm-wide training on AML and customer due diligence (CDD) best practices, ensuring all staff are equipped to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Conflicts of Interest and PEPs: Assist in the identification and mitigation of conflicts of interest and the screening of politically exposed persons (PEPs).
