We are seeking a skilled Film Slitting Machine Operator to join our team at ePac LLC in Chapeltown, Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the food packaging industry.

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Job Description

This role involves setting up and running production on our slitter machine, ensuring film is consistently slit to the specified measurements, and observing the flow of material throughout. The successful candidate will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the slitter, ensuring quality products, meeting production deadlines, and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in production, slitting, and printing settings
  • Experience in food packaging is preferred
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, teamwork, and self-motivation skills
  • Manual coordination and dexterity
