We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our internal MEP self delivery design and build business in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

This is a full time, permanent role that involves the effective delivery of Mechanical Engineering within the project.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all work is planned, procured, and executed safely, meeting Kier standards and UK regulations.
  • Reviewing and optimising designs for safe, efficient construction, and implementing quality control procedures to meet standards and contract requirements.
  • Handling change control, managing risks and opportunities, and providing accurate updates on project progress and finances.
  • Leading and supporting the team, setting clear expectations, and working together to achieve project goals.
  • Fostering an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace for the team.

Requirements include:

  • Prior experience as an Engineer with strong technical knowledge of Mechanical services and safety.
  • CSCS and SMSTS accreditation.
  • A willingness to learn and progress, always seeking out development opportunities.
