Senior Residential Property Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Residential Property Lawyer to lead our residential property transactions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of residential property transactions, providing expert legal guidance to clients, and leading, mentoring, and developing a talented team of legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal processes.
  • Provide expert legal guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven expertise in handling residential property transactions, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to legal challenges, with excellent problem-solving skills.
