Job Title: Business Unit Finance Support Role

We are seeking students with Business or Finance backgrounds to join our team in the Electronics Business Unit Finance reporting team.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • To provide Finance support to the Future Factory Project Managers, assisting with planners, procurement, central finance Capex team, and handling daily finance queries
  • Support the Financial Controller in updating and maintaining BU overhead reports, analysis, and reconciliation
  • Work with Financial Controller during month end processes, including preparation and uploads of accruals, prepayments, and forecasts
  • Assist in BU Overheads budget upload and reconciliation to SAP
  • Support Financial Controller in supplier invoices payments processing and automation sector invoicing
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Financial Controller
