Job Summary:

Recruitment Direct is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Microwave Design Specialist to join our client's south Herefordshire team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of design and development from concept to production, including simulation and modelling, prototyping and testing, working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed design documentation, test reports, and technical specifications
Stay updated on the latest advancements in microwave technology and contribute to research and development initiatives within the company
Utilize Design software tools including Altium Designer and Microwave Office

Requirements:

Experience using Test equipment including Spectrum analysers, signal generators, Vector network analysers and Power meters
Knowledge of Design software tools including Altium Designer and Microwave Office

What We Offer:

Competitive salary dependant on experience
20 days plus bank holidays, increasing with years of service

This is an integral role supporting the Technical Director to create and design RF Microwave amplifiers and sub-systems of high value technically advanced products. The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of design and development from concept to production, including simulation and modelling, prototyping and testing, working with cross-functional teams.
