Swimming Teacher Job Description

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct at all times, and ensure all concerns of a child safeguarding nature are referred in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Ensure all lessons are delivered safely and effectively, delivered to a standard that complies with regulations and guidance.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve our swim lesson programme and better our service to swimmers and customers.
