Construction Craftsman

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Craftsman to join our team at Trevett Professional Services Ltd. As a key member of our Building Services division, you will be responsible for undertaking various building fabric activities, including patch repairs, minor plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

About the Role:

• Carry out patch repairs, minor plumbing, and carpentry tasks to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Respond to client queries, report defects, and provide regular updates on site activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including inspections, reports, and remedial work.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in a Maintenance or Facilities Management environment.
• Relevant qualifications, such as City & Guilds (C&G) certification or equivalent trade-related qualifications.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety protocols, Permit to Work procedures, and Safe Systems of Working.
• Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces, as well as willingness to participate in an On-Call Rota.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in using mobile devices.

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
