Job Description:

Operations Management:

  • Run the total finishing operation, focusing on day-to-day management of workflow and staff
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

Leadership and Development:

  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of quality and innovation
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the finishing department
  • Oversee staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Salary:$85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience
